Why is nutrition so important?
The right nutrition is fundamental to maintain our body’s functions, growth and repair. Understanding what nutrients are required – how much and where from – can help us maintain good health or improve poor health. Getting the most out of what we put in to our body is vital to our physical and mental health, as well as our performance at work, in the classroom or in the gym.
